* Damage deposit Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 250 kW) is included in the price. If there is an excess of electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.

* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Outside of high season, 3-5 night stays + cleaning fee is required.

* Extra cleaning fee: 400 TL
