Casa Torres – Traditional Mallorcan Townhouse with Modern Comfort in the Heart of Pollensa
Casa Torres is a tastefully renovated traditional Mallorcan townhouse, located on a quiet street in the historic centre of Pollensa, just a two-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor and the well-known Café Español. Its location offers easy access to supermarkets, shops, bakeries, butchers, restaurants and cafés, all within walking distance, without the need for a car.
The property sleeps six guests and offers practical, comfortable accommodation.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom.
There’s also a spacious private patio with a covered terrace, barbecue area, and a large Jacuzzi which can be used with cold or hot water. Heating the Jacuzzi incurs an additional charge of €100 per week.
Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.
One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning without time restrictions, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.
This floor also gives access to a generously sized terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Although there is no private parking, it is possible to park on nearby streets.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are only 10 minutes away by car, making Casa Torres a practical option for those wishing to stay close to the sea while enjoying the convenience of being in a town with all amenities on hand.

Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2 euros per person (over 16 year old) per day applied to the total amount. • if you are staying more than 7 days, the cost will be 0.50 cents per person / day from the eighth night. This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
