About this property

Charming sun filled beach house inviting you to visit the pristine white Gulf beaches of Sanibel Island! Just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf on a private road. Leave your worries behind as our kitchen is fully equipped, fresh sheets, towels, etc included. 2 bedrooms plus a trundle daybed in the living room. All beach access is free. Kitchen has been totally remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops and all new appliances, as has the bathroom.
Our beach house triplex has been totally rebuilt since Hurricane Ian and we are excited to welcome back guests.
Rentals of kayaks, jet skis, bikes and mopeds available. Bike trails throughout the island make it easy to explore all the hidden treasures on Sanibel, including the mangroves on the Bay, parks, bird sanctuaries, our lighthouse, as well as great boutique shopping and restaurants.
Grocery store, great restaurants, and local shops cater to vacationing guests.

Great experience working with Nancy ! Clean, cute 2 bedroom upstairs unit that fit 4 of us well. So close to beach and restaurants, would book again!

Long weekend away

Amazing location, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Nice Beach chairs and towels provided. Comfortable beds. Soft sheets, fluffy towels. updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertops. Updated bath. Nice hardwood floors throughout. Close to many restaurants. Owner was very attentive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Close to beach

The host was excellent. Quickly answered any questions. Clean comfortable unit. Close to stores and very close to beach. Pet friendly, our dogs had a great time.

Donax Beach Cottage Stay

We had a great time. Very nice to get away and the private beach was perfect place to unwind. Watching sunsets and relaxing was just the ticket we needed to recharge the batteries so to speak. Just a quick note that we were told we were staying in 301, stating it was the last lanai. This was incorrect. It was the second lanai of three lanai's in total. Also it was a bit confusing on how to open those fancy coded door locks but one of the tenet's showed us. It might be prudent to explain how those work on the message to the tenants before they arrive.
