The house consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, equipped kitchen and terrace, and is located on the first floor. In the bedroom there is a double bed. It is possible to reach the beaches on foot and the centre of Santa Sabina is a few steps away. The house is air-conditioned, from 1 October to 30 April supplement for heating of € 15 per day. Wifi is available at maximum power.
