This recently renovated and boutique mediterranean villa is owned by local designers and located just 2 streets above the beautifully turquoise Kalamar Bay and looks straight out to the iconic snake & mouse islands.

Villa Paume has a fully fitted modern kitchen, a cosy living area, a functional home gym and two terraces with perfect sea views. The villa features a large swimming pool, wooden sun beds, simple arch details, and a beautiful olive tree hanging over the spacious swimming pool.

The steps towards the left of the villa take you straight down to one of the oldest platform–beaches in Kalkan, Kalamar Beach. The beach has its own cafe, sea–trampoline & plenty of water sport activities including a PADI certified scuba diving center.

Villa Paume is a spacious, relaxing retreat that sleeps 8 guests across 3 double bedrooms plus 1 double terrace bedroom. All rooms and living spaces are fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.

The villa features its own private gym, equipped with functional weights and accessories;

•kettlebells, slam balls, dip attachment, bands, and two yoga mats
• a full dumbbell rack (2.5–40 kg)
• bench and squat rack with plates (5 kg, 10 kg to 20 kg, max 150 kg)
• 3 men’s + 1 women’s barbell

• Kulube Hotel Beach - 5 min walk, a relaxed local favourite known as the “free beach,” perfect for simply laying down a towel and swimming.

• Lures Hotel Beach Club - 5 min walk, offering a luxury experience with a pool, excellent food, sea access, and even a boat taxi to Old Town.
