The best feature of this flat is that the sea is present not only in the living-dining room, but also in the suite, which has access to the terrace. In addition, there are two further bedrooms with two single beds each and two complete bathrooms. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. On the terrace there is a table to enjoy meals outdoors and comfortable sunbeds to rest and enjoy the sea breeze, as well as awnings to protect the terrace from the sun.
The port facilities offer numerous restaurants, shops, mini go-karting for children and free spaces to practice different sports.
The flat is just a stone's throw from the seafront promenade of Segur de Calafell, making it the ideal accommodation for those looking for the best of the coast without losing any of the tranquillity and comfort.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-in's that finish after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
