Why they chose this property
The property is a three bedroom end of terrace cottage which dates back to the late 1800's and is organised over three floors - it has recently undergone a renovation programme which is a credit to the previous owners. It provides a lovely space to either work or enjoy the surrounding areas, of which there are many. The accommodation consists of a large sitting room with a separate space to work that benefits from a nice outlook onto the pretty village church, a log burner, ample comfortable seating, Skyglass tv, record player and vinyls, games and DVD collection and fast WIFI. The sitting room leads onto a very large high ceilinged kitchen diner which is the main hub of the house - again all the mod cons; dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso Creatista coffee machine, underfloor heating, water softener etc. The open plan dining room houses a table that will seat up to 6 people and has a lovely aspect overlooking the pretty south west facing garden, that can be accessed by large bi fold doors, which when opened up, brings the outside area feeling directly into the house A newly refurbished large shower/wet room is also on the ground floor. The first floor is accessed from the kitchen via stairs and offers two bedrooms; 1 double (king size bed) and 1 single, with a bathroom (bath only) servicing both. Both bedrooms have ample storage space for both short and longer stays of up to a month. On the second floor there is a further double bedroom with a king size bed and more storage with also a very pleasant outlook over the village below.
The south-west facing garden is a particularly pleasant aspect of the property, with it's separate sitting and eating area. Enjoy a drink by the firepit or use the seating space and BBQ to enjoy some alfresco dining.

What makes this property unique
The property has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with upmarket interiors, memorabilia and artwork which also reflect some of the passions of the owner; fashion, animals, travel (namely South Africa) and a love of bold colours, making the property quirky but very comfortable and homely at the same time.
The garden has been cleverly designed with the beds being planted with many wild flowers and established shrubs that have been organised to ensure there is always colour and interest in the garden, whatever time of year.
There is one parking spot attached to the house on a private drive, however, if more parking is required there are plenty of places on the street or in local car parks all, within quick walking distance.
