An excellent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house, located very close to the centre of Sanlucar de Barrameda and the beach is only a 400m walk.
The property comes with private underground parking, communal swimming pool (check with us for pool opening dates), high speed WI-FI fibre optic and a luxury kitchen.
On the ground floor is the lounge has a TV with comfortable sofas, small desk for any computer work and an air conditioning machine (heat/cold).
The open plan fully fitted luxury kitchen and dining room is ideal for a family is located on the ground floor. The kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, wine fridge, toaster, juicer and kettle. The dining room also has air conditioning and comfortable seating for 5.
A bathroom on this floor has a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
The three bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, accessed by stairs. The master bedroom is very bright and airy with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and also benefits from air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The 3rd and final bedroom has a single bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
One bathroom is located on the first floor with the three bedrooms. This bathroom comes complete with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
