Exceptional home with large optional garage with direct access to the house and space for up to two cars if both are not very large. It is located in the heart of Sanlúcar and a step away from the beach. This is a ground floor with spacious front porch equipped with outdoor furniture and patio with barbecue. It has 3 bedrooms, very spacious living room of 45 m2 with access to a large porch, kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, ...) with access to patio with barbecue, 2 large bathrooms (one with corner bath). It also has air conditioning in the living room and free WIFI connection.

Great place in a great location

this place was amazing. It was so spacious and so easy to get around anywhere in Sanlucar from the location. Having a parking spot was great as well. The air conditioner was not quite able to cool the whole house on the hottest day but we were very comfortable with the fans provided.

Encantados con la estancia

En general nos ha gustado mucho la casa, la ubicación, la limpieza, la comunicación con la propietaria, diría que nos ha gustado mucho casi todo. La propietaria es muy atenta, contesta rápido los mensajes, te asesora sobre dónde ir, que visitar etc..... La casa es amplia y decorada con muy buen gusto. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la zona de tapas de Sanlúcar, cerca del mercado central de abastos y cerca de supermercados. La playa aunque no está tan cerca se puede ir andando sin problemas. No se tarda más de 10 o 15 minutos caminando. La casa tiene aparcamiento propio y eso es fundamental ya que aparcar en la zona es realmente complicado. La zona es céntrica con lo que hay algo de ruido de la gente que transita por la noche, el tráfico. Camión de la basura etc.... Demandamos algo más de comodidad en los colchones en general, son muy blandos a nuestro parecer. El menaje de cocina es más que suficiente, hay de todo. El sofá es cómodo, la televisión es grande, los baños amplios, en fin la casa es cómoda excepto el detalle de los colchones que son blandos aunque esto no deja de ser nuestra opinión personal En general nuestra experiencia en Sanlúcar ha sido muy buena. La ubicación genial y la propietaria muy amable.

Casa con todo detalle

La casa es perfecta. Tiene todo tipo de detalle. Es amplia, decorada con mucho gusto, limpia... hemos estado como en casa. Se duerme muy bien en verano, ya que es una casa muy fresquita. Beatriz es una anfitriona de 10. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Sanlúcar.

Parte muy importante a lo hora de disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones se las lleva el alojamiento elegido. Si digo que hemos pasado unas excelentes vacaciones sobran elogios y valoraciones al alojamiento elegido........estupendo.

Agradecemos tu comentario ya que nos ha ayudado a mejorar nuestro servicio. Hemos solucionado ambas cuestiones: ampliando el menaje de cocina y sustituyendo las sartenes. Así mismo, actualmente la vivienda dispone de fibra que ha mejorado considerablemente el funcionamiento de la red wifi.

Fantastic location

Lovely house in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from beach, town and bus station, with a supermarket on the next corner and a local bus stop right outside. All rooms are like in the photos, there is ample space and the house/ kitchen is well equipped. There is no air-con, but we did not much feel the heat, despite it being constantly around 35C outside. Unfortunately the wifi was a bit intermittent (not so good for my teenagers). Overall a fantastic space in a great location.

Enjoyable stay over Christmas and New Year period

I booked a stay here for 4 weeks from mid December until mid January. On the first day was met by the house manager and received a very warm welcome.. The house matches the description in the picture. Large, clean and all that you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of shops, restaurants and places to visit within walking distance, including the beach and main town square. Bus station nearby to visit other parts of Andalucía. I stayed with my sister and brother in law and we all three enjoyed staying at the apartment because of the above points. Because it was mid winter the temperature was not as warm as the majority of the year, but there were sufficient heaters to make the apartment comfortably warm. The only negative point was, having all the heaters on and cooking in the large kitchen at the same time, occasionally tripped the electrical fuses. This wasn't a major problem and we were able to work around it. Also as the weather in Sanlucar the majority of the year is very hot, you wouldn't need both heaters and cooker. It was good to have free WIFI. This was my third long term stay in Sanlucar and I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Thank you to Sandra and Beatriz
