This stylish and modern, 2 bedroom apartment is located in a residential complex in Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa. This gated complex has a communal swimming pool and a separate kids pool. The complex is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach Max beach club. A short drive away you will find bowling green, gym, tennis and golf and just 50 meters walk out of the complex is Riviera Sports Club where you will find access to paid facilities such as a gym, padel and tennis courts along with a bar and restaurant.
This beautiful 2nd floor apartment is arranged over one floor accessed by stairs and has been completely refurbished and decorated to a high standard and offers hot and cold A/C throughout the apartment. The open plan style lounge/kitchen is furnished with dining table and chairs and a sofa, which converts into a double sofa bed. The lounge leads out onto the west facing terrace with views over the complex to the pool and grassed garden area. The large kitchen is fully equipped.
Both bedrooms are fitted with King size beds, built in wardrobes and each have an en suite shower room with walk in shower.
