Sehr modernes, wunderschönes großes Haus mit wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick. Riesige Fläche im Freien wobei relativ wenig davon Garten ist. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Eigentümer des Hauses waren außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden mit selbstgemachtem Kuchen und Wein empfangen, selbst für unseren Hund haben sie eine Kleinigkeit besorgt, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ländlichen Gegend in der man gut abschalten kann aber trotzdem innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Lucca und in 10 Minuten in Massarosa ist, wo man hervorragend einkaufen kann. Einziges Manko war der Pool, der während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits 40 Grad warm war und nicht gerade Abkühlung brachte. Auch aus Dusche neben dem Pool kam sehr heißes Wasser da der Gartenschlauch über das komplette Grundstücke verläuft und das Wasser dementsprechend aufgeheizt ist. Da der Strand aber ebenfalls nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist, war dies kein Problem. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen, am Besten für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet, da das Haus zwar sechs Betten hat aber nur zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett und Hochbett im Zimmer und 1x zwei einzelne Betten).
