The living room is furnished with particular attention to details, with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one person, a TV (no satellite) and air conditioning. The large window overlooks a spacious covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy outdoor lunches and a swing lounger to relax during the cooler hours. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobes, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined. Windowed bathroom with washing machine, shower box and hairdryer. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with solarium area immersed in greenery (opening period guaranteed 01/06-30/09). A private parking space is available for guests. WiFi NOT present. Starting from April 2025, a construction site for a new residence will be in front of the apartment, so during the day, noises may be heard on the terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
