Superb light and airy modern apartment with South West facing lounge/main bedroom balcony, smaller balcony off bedroom 2. The lounge and main bedroom both have large flat screen TV with fibre optic led multinational reception. Now includes an air fryer in the kitchen. Swimming pool serving small group of apartments adjacent with separate children's pool. Supermarket, hotel, spa, clubhouse, tennis and padel tennis and restaurants on the resort.



The Costa Calida beaches of the Mar Menor are 10/15 minutes drive away. Several towns including Los Alcazares and San Pedro del Pinatar are dotted along the coast all of which have many fine cafes/bars and restaurants. Cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante with major road and air links are all easily accessible. There is an underground car park with one allocated parking space and plenty of roadside parking.

Great holiday location

Great place to stay, but you will need a ar to visit the beach as it is approx 7 miles away.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. View over the pool. Pool was never busy. Apartment is a 20 minute walk from the restaurant and shops at the front of the site so need to be organised and not forget anything Not for Murcia rentals in particular but my children commented it would be nice to have table tennis tables at the rear of the site rather than just at the front.

Très agréable

Le séjour correspond quasiment à nos attentes. La location est très agréable. La piscine est belle et grande. Mais les voisins sont trop bruyants. Pas de chance pour nous car le seul appartement qui faisait du tapage était juste au dessus du notre.

Unexpected great holiday :-)

We had a great stay in this appartement! Very, very nice vieuw, loved the terrace, beautiful big swimming pool and the apartment was light and well equipped. The Resort was quit calm, not too many people by the swimming pool. We also liked the little supermarket by the entrance , very easy to quickly buy some foods. Contact person (Joy) was also very nice. We had a problem with the shutters and it was taken care of immediately. We would like to come back one day! We would suggest an extra Sun Umbrella on the big terrace. We couldn't sit there in the afternoon until later in the evening. But never the less a great holiday stay!
