Villa Nova Mare, is at Kalamar Bay where is a very beautiful place. You can walk to the beaches in 2-3 minutes. It has a private swimming pool. It's 3-4 minutes drive away to Kalkan town center. There are supermarkets around the villa and you can go these in 2-3 minutes by driving. It has 3 bedrooms. Two of them are at first floor and the other one is at roof floor. There is roof terrace and a balcony with amazing sea views. It has a bathroom at ground floor and another one at first floor. Villa Nova Mare has a parking area for a car.

Little gem in Kalamar bay

Excellent communication with the property management. Any additional requests were delivered promply. Over all we had a great stay.

Kalkan September 2022

This is a really lovely villa situated above Kalamar Bay and just a 5-minute drive to the excitement and marvellous food of Kalkan itself. Supermarket is 2 mins away by car, and the sea plus Dive Centre is a 5 minute walk. There are local restaurants if you don't want to drive to Kalkan or taxis that run pretty much non-stop between Kalkan and the villa area. The villa is fully equipped and has a lovely private pool that is not overlooked. Would definitely recommend both the villa and the staff. A great holiday venue.

Lovely villa with pool

The property is really nice and clean with plenty of space to sit out to eat and relax. The pool is a nice size and is maintained daily. The area was perfect for us as we had friends staying nearby and it is a short taxi ride to the centre of Kalkan.

Return to Kalkan after 2 years

We returned to Kalkan after 2 years of not being able to travel. We found this lovely villa and from the start we was not disappointed, the villa owner was very helpful and the villa was just what we wanted. Very clean and had all the amenities needed we will be back again. Highly recommended 👌
