This luxurious villa is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, and has three bedrooms with a total capacity of six guests. This spacious villa, constructed in 2016, is tastefully decorated throughout using only the best quality materials.
The ground floor accomodation comprises of an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable large lounge which open directly onto the spacious pool terrace. The pool dimensions are 7.5 x 4 m and 1.55 m deep. There is an adjacent children's pool area 4 x 1.1 m and 30 cm deep. The pool terrace is amply equipped with outdoor dining area, BBQ, parsols, and sunbeds for six guests. On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with super sea views. There is a large LED television in the double bedroom. There is one more double bedroom on the top floor also with an en-suite bathroom . This bedroom opens onto a large rooftop terrace from where guests can enjoy the view. The property is air-conditioned throughout.
Located approximately 1 km from the centre, this villa is suitable for those guests not wishing to rent a vehicle, but the uphill walk may be a bit hard going in the heat of the summer. There is a supermarket only 250m from the villa, and it is approx. ten minutes walk to the bus station.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
