About this property

16th century farmhouse with traditional features, perfect for walking & relaxing

Old Great House Farmhouse has been recently renovated and offers the very best in self catering luxury and we provide you with everything you need for your stay. It includes a large garden area with electric hot tub and decking with seating and fire pit/bbq to enjoy those peaceful evenings.
The farmhouse is 16th century and retains many of it's original features, including an Inglenook fireplace, oak panelling, oak beams and some low ceilings (including the master bedroom).
The farmhouse can accommodate up to 10 people and includes the following:
Master bedroom (sleeps 2, with comfy seating area)
3 further bedrooms on the second floor – 2 double and one twin
1 open plan bedroom with separate room with sofa and coffee table on the third floor
Sitting room with large wood burner
Middle room with board games
Fully equipped traditional kitchen with range cooker, microwave, kettle toaster and fridge freezer
Luxury bedding
Ensuite shower room and bathroom on lower floor with roll top bath and shower.
Towels (including towels for the hot tub)
Hot running water and sink
Radiators throughout
Large wood burning stove
Plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, cups and glasses
