This spacious apartment has easy access and magnificent sea views from its sunny south facing terrace. Upon entering the living room is to the left, with a modern and fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator. The living room is decorated and furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The TV channels offered varies from Spanish to many different European channels. There is dining area with a table and chairs. There are two sofas and a coffee table. From this area you can access the terrace. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub and a the washing machine. There is a large south facing terrace and magnificent views of the urbanization and the ocean. The terrace has two sunbeds and a seating area. The apartment has free wifi and AC in the bedroom and living room. The urbanization has a magnificent garden area and communal pool, which is open from March to October.
