Condelux-apartment overlooks the Atalaya Golf course with sea views to Gibraltar. It has a very private, 60sqm terrace, with alfresco dining area, sunbeds and a comfortable seating area, to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Las Lomas de Conde Luque is a quiet luxury complex with an indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool (open october till june) and an all year open gym. The big outdoor pool, with lifeguard in summer, is located in a lovely meditarranean garden. An underground parking space, with direct access to the apartment, via elevator, provides a very comfortable access. The complex is located 500 meters from the Mercadona supermarket and restaurants are near-by. Condelux-Apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for a perfect holiday. The interior has been decorated with love to detail and quality. The perfect holiday apartment for golfers and couples, who enjoy calm surroundings but still like to be close to golf, the beach, restaurants and Estepona or Marbella.

Sejour très agréable et reposant

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement et la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le golf et la mer à l'horizon ,c'est calme et en plein mois d'aout peu de monde à la piscine.Un havre de paix avec de très beaux jardins.La propriétaire est charmante et nous a réservé un excellent acceuil !

Look no further - top quality accommodation, great views & amazing host!

If you don’t want to read a lengthy review, here are main points about our 5-star experience: + apartment has very spacious patio with amazing views & good privacy + apartment is superbly equipped with everything of good quality & is very clean + development is well looked after with a spacious pool, which wasn’t overcrowded in August Katja overdelivered on everything, from small extras she provided to flexible check-in & check-out times other bonuses: barbecue, undercover parking, grocery shop in walking distance Now for those wanting details: Myself & my partner thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Katja’s place so much that it will be hard to express it with words, yet I’ll try ;) First of all, the apartment has very spacious & well equipped patio with great views of the sea, golf course & mountains. It served us so well as an office, lounge, dinning area, that we spent most of our time on it, short of sleeping. The apartments itself is so well equipped, we were blown away. It even had a yoga mat, luggage racks & a clothes steamer among other things. Everything is of good quality and in perfect order, no mismatched forks, cups, glasses, no old stains, tears, cracks, etc. The place was superbly clean. Development is very well looked after with beautiful gardens. Swimming pool (with a pool guard on duty) is very spacious and while we were there in generally busy August it wasn’t overcrowded. Other bonuses: barbecue, undercover parking & a grocery store in a walking proximity. Communication with the host was spot on, not excessive, just perfect to provide smooth check-in, check-out & comfortable stay. Now to the best part, the host. Katja is a super-host! Hosting is her baby & her true passion & it shows as she delivers first class service. Katja provided us with all sort of welcome treats & trinkets, which can only come from a person with own extensive travel experience, great attention to details & passion for what she is doing! Another great part is that at the time of us staying Katja had a policy not to have check-out of one guests & check-in of next guests on the same day, meaning, if you need to move-in earlier or depart later - it is possible. It served us so well on both instances, that that feature alone is a great bonus! All in all, great place, great experience and great host. To understand it fully, you have to experience it yourself, thus if you are considering this property, do take it, you will not regret it!
