Cable TV, Wireless broadband internet, and a private phone line are also included in your rental. All televisions are HD flat screens. Cleaning service is included every 2 days from the day of check-in at no additional cost. As a guest of this property, we include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap, are all included. The villa is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

The large open terrace has comfortable padded chaise lounges surrounding the pool for soaking up the sun. There is also a 1/2 bath off the pool area and an outdoor shower.

The Top Floor is a loft-style bedroom with two twin beds. (Can be converted into a king bed upon request).
