A large smart TV allows you to watch Netflix content. In the same room there is a wooden dining table with comfortable chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and small kitchen appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker. The bedrooms are also modernly furnished. All 3 bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a writing desk, a wardrobe and a large TV. The en-suite bathrooms also exude luxury. Shower cabins, large sinks and mirrors await you in the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and plenty of storage space will make your stay even more pleasant.The idyllic exterior and carefully designed outdoor space for socializing will delight you at first sight. A covered outdoor terrace with a table and chairs for dining, a summer kitchen with a wine cooler and a barbecue, and a spacious lounge area by the pool will make you spend most of your time in the yard of the Luxury Lipa Tree villa. The key element is certainly the swimming pool and the hydromassage pool that can be accessed from the villa's yard. There is also a movie screen with a projector for movie nights under the stars, as well as a fire pit where you can warm up and socialize until late into the night. A large fenced parking lot is at your disposal, and if you own an electric car, a charging station is also provided.
