The Palm at the Ferry is a spacious traditional semi detached villa set in the heart of the popular seaside village of Broughty Ferry. With the beach, local cafes, restaurants and bars all just a short walk away, it offers a fantastic base for a relaxed coastal stay.
From the property you can stroll down to the waterfront in just a few minutes, enjoy lunch in one of the village’s many independent cafes, or take a short walk to the train station to explore further afield. Dundee city centre is only four miles away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both the village atmosphere and the wider area.
Inside, the house blends traditional character with a fun and colourful style, creating a welcoming space for families, couples or small groups. Living Space and Bedrooms
Step through the welcoming sage green front door and into a bright and comfortable living space with plenty of room to relax. The lounge has a tropical inspired feel, with soft carpets, a green velvet sofa, a gold armchair and bold decorative touches that give the room its character.
It is a great place to unwind after a day out, whether that is enjoying a film on the large screen television or challenging friends and family on the full size arcade machine.
Upstairs you will find three generously sized bedrooms. Two rooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom has bunk beds which are ideal for children or additional guests. Each room has its own colourful touches and plenty of space to settle in.
The family bathroom is also located upstairs and includes a bath with shower over, along with distinctive and playful décor that adds to the personality of the home.
Kitchen and Dining
The modern kitchen is bright, practical and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Glossy white cabinets, modern appliances and good workspace make it easy to prepare meals during your visit.
A dining table with seating for four sits within the kitchen area, creating a relaxed spot for breakfast, dinner or planning the day ahead.
From the kitchen you can step out into the enclosed rear garden. There is plenty of lawn space for children to play and a seating area with table and chairs which is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or an evening drink when the weather allows.

Lovely, comfortable spacious house. Clean, welcoming space - teenagers loved the bunk beds with their own TV with Netflix. Great location near the beach in Broughty Ferry - and great for getting in to Dundee.
Good stay. Clean, warm and comfortable. Games station a hit with the boys. Thanks

Thank you so much for your lovely review Adrian! So glad the property was up to your expectations and you enjoyed your stay. Delighted to hear the games station was a hit with the boys – always a crowd-pleaser! Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime. All the best, Clark Anderson Properties
We had the most amazing stay in this house, it felt like a home away from home. Communication with the team was amazing, they dealt with every smallest query very promptly n efficiently which ensured our stay was wonderful. Coupled with beautiful weather my daughter’s graduation couldn’t have gone any better and we have left with great memories. Enjoyed alfresco breakfast(s) and lunch (es) just added to the experience. Can’t wait to book again x
