The property is on the main road, you enter the gates park the car & then walk the path (about 15 steps) to get to the cottage.
The architecture combines traditional elements with modern, tasteful and inventive design.
The cottage unfolds into 2 levels on the ground floor an open-plan living room & a fully fitted and expertly kitted out kitchen with all necessary appliances and wc and high up 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Spacious private patio: to bbq or relax with a glass of wine whilst hearing the sounds of nature.
Perfectly located near all local amenities, including cafes, tavernas and shops, not to mention the famous beach of Agioi Saranta.
Our best asset...the stream below the cottage, after a day in the sea you can completely relax by the sounds of nature!

We built the cottage out of love for the area, to get away from the city bustle and reconnect with nature. Although we are in the village, the property is isolated providing privacy, relaxation and above all serenity!

When visiting our side of Pelion there are plenty of beaches that worth to swim and villages to visit, we have the ideal location that distance won't be an issue to do all!
