Villa Brunilda is a holiday home for 9 guests near Nardò, in Torre Inserraglio, a few kiloemters away from the natural park of Porto Selvaggio and Sant`Isidoro.

The
lovely holiday home is introduced by a pedestrian gate which opens into
the garden. The garden is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a
outdoor furniture under the porch, where you can relax.
Villa
Brunilda is on three floors and it consists of two independent units:
the first unit consists of ground floor and basement floor, while the
second unit is the first floor. It`s the ideal solution if you travel
with friends or another family.
On the ground floor there are: room with double sofa bed, living room with air conditioning, dining area and tv, 1 full bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area.
The basement floor consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with air conditioning.
The
upper floor is accessible from outdoor stairs and it consits of a
corridor with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (a double
bedroom and a room with reclining armchair). From the kitchen on the upper floor you have access to the balcony with outdoor dining area.

Villa
Brunilda is one of the holiday homes in Villaggio Torre Inserraglio,
named after the seaside location near Nardò. It is close to other loved
tourist destinations such as Porto Selvaggio, Sant`Isidoro and Porto
Cesareo with its fairytale-like beaches.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
