IMPORTANT NOTICE: This apartment will be fully cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

You'll love to stay in this authentic two-bedroom apartment in a traditional Dalmatian stone house.

It's spread on the three floors, is air-conditioned and is located in the very heart of Split.

Everything in Split is within very short walk distance from here: central sea promenade, world famous Diocletians palace, central park and green market, beaches, restaurants, grocery store…

It has two bedrooms, small kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven, stove, kettle and cutlery so you are fully equipped to prepare your own tasty meals. There is also one extra fridge.

First bedroom is on the second floor and second one is on the third floor of the house.

Each bedroom has two single cozy beds, and one bedroom has a LED TV.

Bathroom has shower and hair dryer and there's also an extra toilet.

On the ground floor is washing machine with portable dryer.

We also provide high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen and towels, iron and ironing board free of charge.

All this makes it an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience all that Split has to offer, and there's a lot.

**** House rules:

One night stays are surcharged +30%.

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

Please respect this apartment as your own - leave it tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

This is a smoke free apartment.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.



**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around it.

Paid parking is within 3 min walking.

There are free parking spots on the street 3-8 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This is truly an awesome location!

Apartment is located in the very heart of Split in a safe neighbourhood, just around the corner to the buzz of the city.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city promenade....

It's just just few minutes walking to the Split promenade and Diocletianss Palace which is the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world.

**** Getting around:

Getting around is super easy.

You are not a slave to your car as everything is within walking distance.

Local bus station is 100m away.

City bus station, taxis and rent a car agencies are within two minutes walking.

Regional bus station, ferry port, and train station are within 5 min walking.

Two great beaches are within just 8-10 min walking: sandy beach Bacvice and pebble beach Ovcice.

**** Other Things to Note

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the apartment.

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
