Beautiful new house with 500 m2 private garden and parking space situated in Split. House has two rooms with 2 beds each and additional place for sleeping on a pitoresque gallery. It is equipped with new equipment (big kitchen with microwave, cofee machine, toaster, fridge, machine for washing dishes, cooking stove, then loundry machine, plasma, cable TV, wi-fi internet. It has beautiful terrace for seating and eating in front of the house and other terrace with the barbecue and table with the shadow at the back of the house. There is lot of place for children to play and for older to enjoy.

Beautiful property, great location

The property was easy to find. Local grocery across the street. Plenty of room for 3 adults, nice outdoor space. Very clean and comfortable.

This was a great choice for my family

I loved this home. From the bed and nook you have to climb the ladder to get to, to the size of the place, the garden in the back, and availability of a washer, this was perfect for us. Only slight reservation I have is that it had a tinge of cigarette smoke smell, but the property manager and everything else was well above par.

We loved this place to stay, great location close to Old Split and the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts. If you are staying in Split we highly recommend staying here, you’ll be glad you did, House fully furnished too. Kids loved the loft. We we’re sorry to leave, future places have a tiugh job comparing and measuring up to this

Underbart hus perfekt för familjer

Huset var perfekt för oss 4 vuxna, och 2 småbarn (då fanns det lediga sängar kvar). Bra kök För matlagning, och ytor att umgås och för barn att leka på. Stor trädgård. Bra och seriös hyresvärd. Stadsdelen (Mejasi) är ganska långt från centrala/historiska delarna av Split (tar ca 1 timme att gå), men det går snabbt med taxi och buss (bra förbindelser). Många stora matbutiker nära (5-10 minuters promenad).

Très bon séjour à Split dans cette maison. Bonne situation par rapport au centre ville et aux activités proposées, maison bien équipée et placards de cuisine fournis.

Gute Lage sehr idyllisches Häuschen

Es war wirklich schön. Das Zentrum ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und die Lage ist wunderschön man sieht auf der Seite der Terrasse das Meer und auf der anderen Seite sind die Berge. In der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt und selbst ohne Auto ist alles super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Würde es jederzeit wieder empfehlen:)

Parfait

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la maison d'Ana. La maison est fonctionnelle, climatisation, machine à laver, lave linge, BBQ, jardin, Terrasse, machine à café, place de parking. Elle est située à proximité d'un centre commerciale et d'un supermarché, non loin également de la plage. Nuit très calme RAS Sommier du grand lit à changer, c'était le seul petit petit bémol.

Split

Het huis was prima ingericht met airco en was net en ruim met een zitje voor en een tuin achter. Omdat je moest omlopen bleven we meestal voor zitten en maakten minder gebruik van de tuin. De omgeving was wel lelijk, no net van de snelweg en op het oude centrum na is Split een hele drukke en lelijke stad. Maar als uitvalsbasis voor de mooie omgeving was het een prima huis.

Great base to explore Split. The house is spacious located close to a large supermarkets and to the beach. Quick drive to Split centre. We loved the backyard and parking spot. Ana and Marijo were very kind and responsive. Great spot if you're in Split.

Charming house in a green garden

We have a lovely stay in this charming house. City center and beaches reachable with a car or taxi in 10 min. Garden is big and well maintained, our children enjoyed the big space and we enjoyed the barbecue in the garden. This is the most suitable stay we had in Croatia. Very kind owners ready to help you.

Maison bien équipée avec climatisation mais manque de charme

La maison est située dans la zone commerciale de Split à proximité des grands malls de la ville. L’environnement proche n'est vraiment pas terrible car aucun charme et une route très passante à proximité. En revanche il ne faut qu' une petite quinzaine de minutes pour aller au centre de Split. Les 2 avantages de la maison sont la climatisation et le jardin. Une terrasse avant et arrière avec un peu de verdure sont agréables pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner mais l’extérieur manque tout de même d'entretien. La maison est bien équipée (lave linge et lave vaisselle, linge de toilette,Wifi...). Nous n'avons pas utilisé la mezzanine dont l'escalier est très raide donc déconseillé pour de jeunes enfants. La propriété est correcte mais nous avons eu mieux en Croatie pour moins cher. De plus il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail (hotte très sale par exemple ). Le propriétaire à été très accueillant et nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison mais pas de très bon conseil pour le tourisme. Il nous a recommandé une plage de sable à 10 minutes de la maison mais ce fut sans aucun doute la pire expérience de notre séjour (plage poubelle en plein réaménagement au bord d’une route). Rapport qualité / prix de la location pas terrible car vu le prix on s’attend à mieux !

A great home to stay at with a group of friends. Host is happy to service the ho during our holiday.

We arrived as a group of 6 friends, and managed to settle immediately. Whilst we were not out and about in Split, we managed to comfortably relax at home. The garden is large with a communal area perfect for a BBQ. The front porch is away from the heat and a cool area to relax with a small patch of nature obscuring and isolating from the urban environment. Marijo was always happy and reliable to contact and displayed that by fixing any issue that had raised during our stay. If you have a car or two, this home is perfect as it's 10 mins to city centre and near the main highway of split for trips outside of the city.

Modern, comfortable, well equipped.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in June 2018. The bungalow is very pleasant. The only downside is the busy road nearby. Remember to take your insect repellant. We took taxis or the bus to get to the local beaches. Remember to take aqua shoes for the beach as the stones can be painful.

vavances inoubliables en Croatie !

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa, située à 10 min en voiture du Centre historique de Split. Tout le confort y est (électroménager, BBQ, Wifi, TV Sat,...), les propriétaires Ana et Marijo sont vraiment très disponibles et près à vous rendre service ! La situation de cette Villa est idéale pour profiter des plages (je conseille particulièrement le secteur de MARJAN - plagettes à l'ombre des Pins - compter 10 min en voiture + 10 min à pied sur un chemin entièrement piéton !). Si vous recherchez du sable : plage de BACVICE (10 min en voiture - stationnement gratuit) - malheureusement plage bondée en été !! et un peu bétonnée. Pour les amoureux de la nature: 2 choses à faire, le parc national de KRKA (1h de route par autoroute) et Balade le long de la rivière Cetina (accès par la ville de Blato - via autoroute - 40 min) possibilité de baignade dans cette rivière et Canoé en eaux vives (je le conseille fortement !). Je vous conseille aussi la sortie en Catamaran pour découvrir les iles de BRAC ou HVAR, c'est au départ du port de SPLIT, compagnie Summer Blues, comptez 75€ /pers repas et boissons incluses ! Enfin, vous disposerez de toutes les commodités à proximité de la Villa: le Shopping center à 3 min en voiture- immense centre commercial avac Banque, Boulangerie, SPAR, magasins,... Je recommande vivement cette location !! et merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur accueil !

Very good !

The house is 10 min driving from the center which is very convenient. It's in very pleasant, good condition and with all the equipment for confort (WIFI, espresso, etc...). Ana and Marijo are very helpful and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We recommand this house !
