The house features two bedrooms: one with two height-adjustable single beds and another with a bunk bed for two. In the separate annex next door, a double bed accommodates two adults or teenagers during the summer months. The home also includes a bathroom, a kitchen, and a combined living and dining area, along with a small glassed-in porch, creating a warm and inviting space for family life. Outside, the sheltered terrace connecting the annex to the main house is sunny and beautifully decorated with flowers and pots, providing a private space to relax. An elevated terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the water in the Little Belt, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water is just a short walk away, while on-site opportunities for fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking ensure active fun for the whole family. Please note that the carport has height and length restrictions, accommodating vehicles up to 2 meters high and 5 meters long; additional parking is available on the access road. Rental is not permitted for youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
