Ideal for a family or group of 4 friends, the cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket a short walk away, but an evening out for dinner at one of the cozy nearby restaurants is also possible. The region also offers many beautiful hiking trails. This child-friendly holiday home offers a high chair and a cot. Prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them together at the dining table. Parking is available at the property. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 120,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
