Prime Location! Detached Clifton Home with Parking

Welcome to our fabulous Clifton property! Clifton is a charming neighbourhood known for its picturesque crescents and boutique shops. From the house, you’ll be able to easily explore everything Clifton Village has to offer, including independent cafés, boutique shops, and beautiful green spaces. Bristol Harbourside is also within walking distance, and public transport is nearby for exploring other parts of the city. The house is fully furnished, ready for your arrival!

🏡SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT
The house is set across two floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the kitchen, a small table and chairs for four guests, and a separate living room with sofas, a coffee table and a TV for your entertainment. There is also a downstairs toilet on this floor, as well as a washing machine and dryer. We also provide luxury vegan-friendly toiletries and basic items for the house such as loo roll, cooking oil, salt and pepper and other bits and pieces that you might need for your trip.

🍳KITCHEN
Guests can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all plates, cutlery etc. provided for your group. A coffee machine is also provided.

🛏️BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Upstairs, the house can comfortably sleep 4 people in 2 double bedrooms, with hotel-quality linens and towels provided for every guest. The main bathroom is on this floor for guests to use, as well as another spacious social space on the landing with a separate second dining table.

🌿 OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace with seating, offering lovely views of the surrounding Clifton houses. It’s the perfect spot to relax on a sunny afternoon.

🚗PARKING
At the rear of the house, you’ll find a designated private parking space for your use, comfortably accommodating one car.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to host stag/hen parties!
• Guests can enjoy free Wifi & a private terrace
The house is set across two floors.

Downstairs: a fully-equipped kitchen with all plates, cutlery etc. provided for your group. A small table and chairs for four guests, and a separate living room with sofas and a coffee table are also on this floor, as well as a downstairs toilet. There is a TV in the lounge for your use.

Outside: A private terrace, with space to sit! This terrace is private and has pretty views of the neighbouring Clifton houses. Perfect for a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon, or a lovely glass of juice with a view in the morning :)

Upstairs: Two comfortable double bedrooms, with hotel-quality linens and towels provided for every guest. Another spacious social space in the landing with a separate second dining table here too.

We also provide luxury vegan-friendly toiletries and basic items for the house such as loo roll, cooking oil, salt and pepper and other bits and pieces that you might need for your trip.

At the back of the house: a designated parking space just for your use. One car can comfortably fit in this space.

we've stayed here once before - been going to Bristol to see family for over 20 years and this is the first property we've found that we really like. Fabulous location - great independent shops and restaurants nearby. The parking is a winner too - most properties in the area don't have that. It's a compact property, but works really well for myself, my husband and our teenage daughter. Only 1 negative - no proper blind in the second bedroom, so our daughter had to wear an eye mask.

They've made the best of a rather strange property footprint and layout. Decorated and equipped to a high standard. Clean and comfortable. Spiral staircase may be issue for any with mobility issues. Location in Clifton is excellent and parking space to rear of property a real plus (although you have to reverse out). Plenty to see and do in Clifton and Bristol. Communication with managing agents good and damage deposit returned promptly. No negatives, happy to recommend. Thank you.

Perfect location for Clifton Village

This stunning little property in Clifton Village was fabulous and I'm sure it would be even better in the Summer to take advantage of the outside space ! We hadn't quite appreciated just how close it was to the independant shops, restaurents, cafe's & bars. It was clean and fresh as though it had been redecorated recently. Although the heating is on 24/7 I would have appreciated a blanket on the 1st night as it was a particuarly cold night. We went with a house reccomendation eating at the Clifton Sausage. I had the best Glamorgan one's I've every tasted.

Wonderful except for terrible internet connection.

Great little mini house. Loved the space, very well equipped, comfy beds and pillows, amazing location BUT if you hope to make video calls or browse the internet then it’s not for you. There is fibre broadband in the neighbourhood but clearly not at the house. If the owners upgrade to fibre internet it would get my 5* rating across the board. Also, no replys from owners when I messaged through the app about this issue. Otherwise, a very lovely stay.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. In einem sehr schönen, lebendigen Viertel mitten viel Charme gelegen. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen.
