About this property
‘Rose House’. BBQ and garden. Ideal for couples/families! Near town and seaside.
My home is in a quiet Art Deco part of Deal and on the doorstep of some of Deals ‘secret gems’ and lesser known areas of interest such as Hamilton Rd Cemetery (contains some of Deals oldest trees!) and St Leonards Church, built around 1180 (containing the oldest Saxon grave in Kent and rare stained glass windows).
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a front room (2 seat reclining sofa and 2 armchairs), dining table and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, a small toilet and a garden with BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. I brought my children up in the house and it is full of fun memories, laughter and music! Deal is very special place for me, full of kind people, live music, arts and nature (all the more beautiful when the sun shines!). There is easy access to a park, leisure centre, train station, local hospital (with a minor injuries unit) supermarket and takeaways! Have a lovely stay!

I am a musician and a tennis coach and Deal has always provided me with plenty of both! The Royal Marines School of Music was based in Deal and has left a legacy of msuic that still rings through the streets in Deal. There is a huge choice of live music in the many of pubs of Deal (my favourite venue being The Lighthouse) and there is a beautiful grass court tennis club 15 minutes walk away also that is not only a tennis club but also an incredibly peaceful place surrounded by trees!
