Located on the Paseo Marítimo de Huelin and on the beachfront, this accommodation with parking included in the rate provides you with the option of a comfortable and pleasant rest, a cozy stay in a large space such as the dining room, and the advantage of being in an exclusive location where the building is close to local leisure and restaurant businesses, cafes, commerce, public transport and good access to the different highways in the province of Malaga.

All these advantages will make your vacation ideal to enjoy the culture, art, gastronomy and architecture of Malaga. Without forgetting personal well-being, being able to take advantage of a promenade with bike paths, wide beaches and a pleasant and safe environment in the area.

In the accommodation community you can enjoy a swimming pool on the rooftop, where you can enjoy sunbathing or taking a swim with stunning views of the Bay of Malaga. The use of the pool is limited to a schedule that must be complied with along with the capacity and use rules established by the community. It is open from April to November.

With large elevators you can go up to the accommodation, where at the entrance a hallway offers you, on the left, a spacious living room with television, a lunch table, a comfortable sofa and a terrace where you can enjoy the sea breeze. Although it is not a frontal view of the sea, you can see it and have a tea or read a book.

From the entrance of the accommodation to the right we have a large kitchen with a small laundry room. Equipped with everything you need so you can prepare your lunches in a comfortable and orderly way. You will enjoy this space to prepare your lunches and if you are missing any ingredients you can walk to the different local businesses in the area and make the necessary purchase.

You will have two complete bathrooms, one en suite in one of the bedrooms, which is equipped with a bathtub, and the other in the hallway, also complete, but with a shower tray. Both are spacious and comfortable.

The bedrooms, which are three, have two double beds (one per bedroom) and the third has two single beds. With windows to the outside and cabinets to store your luggage in an orderly manner.

We rented the apartment for the whole month of February 24 , .for 6 people The positives are Good sized rooms Well equiped kichen comfortable beds We had everything we needed for our month in the sun. Thete are always some negatives and i only make thesecomme ts to help the owner make some slight changes. The washing machine wss good but we had nowhere to dry laundry when it stated dryer we thoght tumble dryer not a clothes airer and washing line attached to the outside wall by the bedroom window . Sadly this appartment is in such a position that it never gets any sun inside to dry anything when the owner didn't provide clean bedding or towels during the whole month it was quite a problem. We also chose it because it had a roof terreace to sit in the sun. There were no tables or chairs so it was disappointing unusable. We knew the swimming pool was out of season but lots of tiles were missing which made it usuable anyway. Also renters should be aware of the restoration of the chimney next door with the dust . After all that we had a lovely month forethought by the owner would have made it better.

our host Javier was very nice and helpful. He answered all the questions we had in a very quick manner. we needed an item replaced and he came over immediately with a replacement. The condo was very clean and a generous size. we felt at home and really enjoyed our stay.

- czysty i wygodny apartament,- lokalizacja przy samej plaży i promenadzie,- super wyposażona kuchnia,- balkon z dużym stołem i bocznym widokiem na morze,- bardzo miły i uczynny gospodarz (bez problemu organizował transport na lotnisko czy wynajęcie samochodu na Gibraltar, mogliśmy również dłużej zostawić bagaże oczekując na lot),- idealna pogoda w listopadzie: 20-27 stopni!

Malaga App dla 6ciu nawet 8 osób.
Apartament w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Widok na morze przez okna z sypialni i salonu. Piękny nowy komfortowy apartament. 2 łazienki, 3 sypialnie , duzy salon z jadalnią,. Jest wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. W pobliżu bar Mobby Dick gdzie serwują Super śniadania i kolacje. Polecam.wlasciciel Javi bardzo miły i pomocny. Załatwił Auto , garaz i dal mnóstwo wskazowek.. Na Dachu super basen z przeszkola balustrada w kierunku morza .Wrócimy.
