Our space is located right at the sea, 5 km from historic town Dubrovnik old city. It includes a private beach with an amazing sunset and horizon view.

I really don't want to spend words on describing this unique newly furbished penthouse suit. Let's just mentioned few things. Firstly, you have direct access to the sea and beach area. Secondly, you have a million dollar view facing horizon and Elafiti islands. Thirdly, you have peace, sound of waves, birds and if you are just a bit romantic you will enjoy laying on the deck chair and watching stars. Also, don't forget the historic Dubrovnik Old City is just 5-10 min away by car.

It was the ideal vacation place. Peace and comfort in the fully equipped high-end apartment with fantastic views. Lunch on the tree-shaded terrace. Swimming, paddle-boarding on the , boating right on the seashore, with its tree the private beach

Nice and comfortable

Great apartment, spacious and good quality, large bathroom and bedroom. Great kitchen and wonderful patio. Easy to get into Dubrovnik the bus line 1A actually stops right in front of property. I wish we would have known, it runs right to old town for 2 Euros. We took Uber before figuring this out, which was 20Euro each way. But still worth it. It’s best if you have a car, that way you can come and go to store, restaurants and drive to different towns north and south.

I'm thalassophile, I love everything that is linked with the sea. Fortunately, I get to swim and dive 300 days a year:) Sitting next to the sea, drinking a glass of wine in the evening, and eating fish caught just moments ago. Who wouldn't want to live that way? The sound of waves is absolutely beautiful, so I recommend sleeping with the windows open.
