Barbecue itself by LAW , can not be used from May - September , as there is high risk of fire.
You are renting the first floor . Ground floor is not accessible for you.
There is an electric door in order to enter the property by car or on foot . This door must be closed at all times
Washing machine is on the basement , you will have access to this.
Every 15-20 days , the gardener is taking care of the garden and also sprays and disinfects for bugs , mosquitos . If this happens during your stay , you will be advised no0t to make use of the garden for 1 day.
No paper towels, kleenex or feminine products to be flushed in toilet. With every stay regardless the length of stay, we offer 2 rolls of toilet paper and shampoo.
Bed Sheets and towels are provided
