-Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 am 100 euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Historic building, walkup or elevator. Tree lined streets with tons of shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from Sant Antoni indoor market (with large grocery in basement). Easy walk to parks and museums. We’ll be back
