Family fun

Loved the house and the location! The house was great! Obviously we just ordered more supplies ... but it would be nice if house came with PLENTY of toilet paper trash bags and cleaning supplies.. but other than that, the house was nice and our family had a great time!

great place for families and the waterpark was perfect for all ages

we had a great stay. I wish there was a place to donate supplies bought for the house that we could not pack to take home. I don't like that it was potentially thrown away.

Nice property. A few things we wanted to enjoy the hot tub and couldn’t because of the 3 night minimum requirement we only stayed 2 nights. Some of the wall stickers were coming apart just needs more glue. The master bedroom bathroom has a leak outside on the corner.... Enjoyed our time there....

Hey Angel! So happy you enjoyed your stay. I wished you had asked me about heating the pool and tub because we always turn it on for all our guests requested it. The community does have a rule for 3 day minimum, so for our guests staying for 2 days requesting for pool heat, we just turn it on for 3 and only charge for 2. They wouldn’t even know about the 3 day rule. I’m so sorry about the peeling off sticker and leak. If we had known, we could send someone out when you guys were out, and fix it before you came back. I hope you will come back to stay with us again, and we will definitely make sure you can enjoy 100% of the house and the community next time!

My family was so happy!

My family and I were there over memorial weekend, we had an amazing time at the house. It was 18 of us including 11 children. The house was perfect, clean and spacious. The amenities at the club house were awesome as well! The owners Were so responsive and helpful. The two Disney themed bedrooms are all the kids talk abot and the heated pool was a WIN! We would definitely stay again. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 is that the property managers were hard to get in touch with, but owners always came through!

About the a/c

Everything was amazing the response time everything was amazing It was like on the picture is that the only other ingredient is the AC policy. It was very hot and you couldn’t adjust AC.

Enjoyable stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was frustrating was we had paid for the heater on the hot tub but it was cold when we arrived and we had to call in to get it started and wait for it to warm. It must have gone off each day because it was cold again each day. The one day, we just didn't use it and the other day we had to wait for it to heat after calling in again. Not sure why that kept happening but if they needed us to call to reset it each day, it would have been nice to have been told that so we could have called earlier and had it started and warm when we arrived. Great house though.

Good place to stay

First of all the Host Saffi was great. We had some questions and the response time and answers were quick. The place was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 quite nice. The pool was smaller then expected and had some staining that made it look rough, I think the picture was taken at just the right angle to make it look bigger, but none the less we used it and it was fine. The only big issue was the security gate to get into the property. You are given a QR code to scan and the thing barely worked. Always a line of people waiting for the gate to rise and people getting out to help others, it was a cluster especially getting back from the parks at 10 and all you want to do is get in and you can't! I did message Saffi and was given another QR code that worked much better, but still some issues. Overall descent place to stay, close to the Disney parks and can accomdate a lot of people and everyone had their own bathroom :)

Family reunion

Our family was my husband and I, three adult children, their spouses and their children (our grandchildren). Our grandkids are 4 boys, two girls and a baby. The bedroom situation fit us perfectly, except the bedroom downstairs did not have a private bath. The air conditioning was not working at all when we arrived. It took several days to figure that out, and the last day it quit again. The pool was not working correctly when we moved in, either. The maintenance pool person had to come back with a part to fix it, so we couldn't use it for that day. The on site property management was very good and responded quickly every time. It was not clear in your add that not purchasing pool heat meant the spa would not heat up, either. Who ever heard of a hot tub not coming with heat? The 2 dishwashers were wonderful! I think that the furnace/ AC and pool should have been in working order when we moved in.

Not quite up to par

The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans/ dishes, etc. However, there was a minimal amount of toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc. You need to bring ALL of those types of items yourself. They basically have one day of disposable supplies- if you are staying longer than that you need to bring your own stock. All of that was disappointing but doable. However, there were two big disappointments-- the internet and air conditioning. The internet did NOT work when we arrived and when we reported it we were told that it was past helping hours so we would have to wait until the morning. However, my daughter had some work she had to finish that evening so we called the management company and they finally sent someone out around 10 pm to fix it. Two days later it went out again and they had to send someone to fix it again. This is because the router was locked in a closet and we could not access it-- even though the directions said the router was in the hall closet. They forgot to mention it was a locked hall closet. This also meant the internet TV stations did not work. However, the topper was the air conditioning. It quit one afternoon and the management company sent someone out to fix it and we thought it was fixed. Around midnight we realized it was hot hot hot again. They sent someone out to fix it at midnight, but they could not fix it and said they would return in the morning. They finally came out the next afternoon, after several text messages from me, and they fixed it. But in general the house was hot-- you were NOT allowed to turn the AC below 72 because it would freeze and they stated they would charge you the repair fees if you did. Even in September the temperature in Florida was in the 90s-- so a hot house, with 14 people in it, was no fun. I would not recommend this house- the internet and air conditioning are two basic requirements for a house in today's world. This house did not measure up- especially for the price we paid.

Hi Carol, It took me some time to cool down before I could respond to you. You have been rude to me the entire time even before you arrived regardless of how polite and tentative my attitude was towards you. What you said in the review is not true. Internet did stop working on the day when you arrived at night, but I was able to get someone to fix it for you within hours that same night, and it stayed working for the rest of your trip. AC was not working one afternoon, and it was fixed within 2 hours from when you initially called me, and your entire group was not at the house during those 2 hours. AC also stayed working for the rest of your trip. I have text messages/emails to validate what I stated. I'm not trying to deny here that the issues did not occur, they both did (once), but I did try my best at resolving them and communicated every step of the way. All your messages/calls were answered within minutes, I apologized numerous times about the internet and the AC, but no matter what I said or did, you weren't happy (including before the issues occurred and after the issues were resolved). You stated many times throughout your stay that how much you paid for this reservation was outrageous and threatened me with a bad review (still have all these texts on my phone). I always answered your calls/texts with a positive and pleasant attitude even though I was never treated the same by you. You are the first guest ever that I rated "do not recommend"; nevertheless, I appreciate you choosing us, and I wish you can enjoy your vacations better in the future. For others who are reading this, I apologize for not sounding the nicest, but rest assured, internet and AC both have been reported working from the 3 consecutive groups who stayed after Carol.

Very convenient

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. Paying the extra cost for the pool to be heated was definitely worth it. So nice to have a warm place to swim and soak in the hot tub even after coming back from the parks. A couple tips: the shuttle that runs from the main office to the parks has a very odd schedule. You have to book it the morning of your day into the park at the main office. It doesn’t leave for Disney until 8:45am. We all felt like that was too late to get into the park, so we ended up taking an Uber into the park every day. The late return times are 9:50 and 10:40p. It was honestly tough to line up our departure time with when the bus was coming back. So again we ended up taking an Uber back to the house every night but one. Now the good new is an Uber XL was only about $25 each way so it wasn’t too bad. Still cheaper than renting a car. You’ll just want to add the rides into your budget. An earlier commenter warned that you’ll need to make sure you’ve got extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap if you have a big group. You can buy these items in the main office shop that they have there on site. We really enjoyed our stay here would recommend anyone to stay here too.

And the magic continues

The house was perfect for our needs with a downstairs bedroom and 5 more upstairs. The Star Wars and Frozen rooms were nicely decorated and the little ones enjoyed playing and staying in the Frozen room. A/C was nice and the house temperature was great. Kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook meals. The pool in the backyard was nice….the door to the outside had a pool alarm so if the door was opened without “pushing” the button, an alarm would go off. Also, if the door remained open too long, the alarm would sound. This made us feel very comfortable with little ones in the house that can open doors. The only thing I think would be helpful would be a larger Trashcan in the kitchen. The one there was probably a 7 gallon size and didn’t hold much. Location to the parks and grocery stores was great. We did have a smoke detector that “beeped” and need a battery replaced Sunday late afternoon. We called the management company and they were there within 30 minutes to replace the battery. Definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

Owner answered all questions promptly. Home a little close to highway so a little noisy. The frozen room didn't have Ana and Elsa on the walls as shown in pics. Entrance gate leaves a lot to be desired. Traffic backed up a lot, I think this is due to guests not understanding how to use the machine. However, we had a great time.

Mother Daughter Girls Trip with clubhouse amenities

If you are going to stay for a few days make a run to Target and pick up a few things (coffee, creamer, laundry detergent) after all you are renting a house. Plan your trip with enough days to enjoy the amenities as well going to the amusement parks. Overall, our house it was really good for our buckets. Everything was clean and fresh!!!!! The bedrooms were great because each had its own private bathroom with the exception of the bedroom downstairs. With our young ladies being teenagers having the separate dining room was cool; otherwise, it would be a little tight having everyone eating near the kitchen. The pool was nice, it would have been better if they had dining setup out there as well. Outside of the pool there isn't much for young people to do at the house. So be creative. We played games after dinner. Now let's talk about how Great this clubhouse is. The game room is small but for smaller kids they will love it. The waterpark is awesome (check the hours of operation beforehand). We preferred the pool bar/restaurant. But upstairs restaurant was good as well.

Wonderful Vacation Home

What a great find! The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. This is the first home we've stayed in that had enough dishes/silver for all and 2 dishwashers!! There were plenty of towels including large beach towels for swimming. The beds were comfortable! The hot tub/pool combo was a huge favorite and used everyday by all the family. Pay for the heat, it's totally worth it and worked well even one night when temps dipped to 40. Called prop management once as there were burned out bulbs in kitchen, patio, pool and hot tub. They were responsive and sent someone out the next day, for all but the pool lights. This home is a great value compared to some of the others as it includes use of the resort water park/amenities with the reservation! The kids loved this home/resort as much as they loved Disney. A couple of tips - -Have your driver's license and property info. ready for first gate check-in as there will be cars lined up. Get your guest card/s from the resort office asap for easy entrance to gates and resort. -Prepare for traffic on Wilson/entrance to be backed up all the time. Wish the city did more to make the entrance to association and crosswalk safer - witnessed accident first day. Location is close to all the attractions, but Orlando traffic is like no other. Frequent back-ups and daily accidents. -Don't buy k-cups as there is no Keurig as pictured. It is a regular coffee maker. -There are groups that rent these homes to party and you'll hear them. We didn't call, but when talking with the security that came to the neighbors from another call, they told us to call them if we hear parties. That's what they're there for. All in all a great place. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for a big family!

We stayed a week at this nice big house, there were 12 of us from 11 months to 73. We stayed here for our Disney vacation, location is good and not a long drive there. There was fairly heavy traffic past the neighborhood at certain hours. We enjoyed The club house & water park access. We loved the pool & whirlpool spa, used them every day & pool was bigger than we expected. There’s a loud alarm feature on doors to pool, so no worries about children getting out w parents unaware. Pay for heating, it’s worth it.

Short stay of fun

Trip was planned to go to Disney, but due to the rain we opted out! That did not stop the fun! The children enjoyed the house, and most definitely the pool and Jacuzzi. Property manager was absolutely wonderful. Helped with things outside of the home. Overall great stay!

A NICE ESCAPE FROM CORONAVIRUS

We made plans for spring break, but coronavirus closed all the parks. Fortunately, the resort stayed open, so we had a perfect time swimming at the house and playing at the waterpark. Every employee we encountered, from the gate guard to pool maintenance, and everyone in between, was so helpful and nice. Saffi was also extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and would highly recommend. Thanks so much!
