Accommodating a large group of people, the townhouse is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. There are kitchen utensils, dishes and tableware available for guests. There are 4 bathrooms that come with a shower and one that has a bathtub. One of the bedrooms is an independent room which has a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Free toiletries and hair dryers are available in all bathrooms for the commodity of our guests. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.

You’ll also find fast, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in this villa as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services to enjoy nights-in. For your convenience, this villa also comes with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. - There is a tourism fee of 15 AED/night, and a destination fee of 7% of the total price, both to be paid upon check-in.
- The government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID (ID/Residence card/Passport), for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
- Our staff takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool area each Monday and Thursday from 7:00am to 8:00am. This routinary procedure doesn't cause any noise or disturbance to our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
