The cottage is tastefully decorated with everything in white and gives a high cosiness factor. There is a wood burning stove for colder days and you can choose between sitting on the terrace facing the lake or on the small porch at the front of the cottage. You can sense a little of the lake when you sit in the back. The plot is large and well suited for ball games. You have access to 2 sun loungers and the cottage has both fiber and chromecast. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is in the annex (with double bed).
Around the cottage it is leafy and green with nice stone walls. A nice forest road leads down to the lake, with grazing animals by the side of the road. The boat that is included is down by the lake and you can rent an engine from the owner. You can of course swim in Rymmen, but where the boat is located is not entirely optimal to take a dip. Bathing places are on the other side of the lake or in Agnarydssjön or Helgasjön in Rydaholm. Rymmen is a fish-rich lake with plenty of pikeperch. The easiest way to buy a fishing license is to fish.
At the western shore of Lake Rymmen is Högakulls nature reserve, a hay meadow that is very beautifully situated on a steep slope towards the lake. Hystol is said to be a family stupa located near the Högakull nature reserve.
Why not experience the magical nature of Småland from a steam train. The Ohsa line runs between Bor and Os. The nearest shop is in Rydaholm. Here you also have Rydaholms Värdshus which serves today's lunch and Småland's car, music and toy museum. It is not far to Moheda where there are many flea markets and second-hand and at Systrarna Skogströms Lantcafé in Ör, freshly brewed coffee and sandwiches are served in a turn-of-the-century environment. The nearest town is Alvesta, but Växjö and Värnamo are also within easy reach.

Electricity is added 3, -SEK / kwH
You pay a deposit of 2000 SEK on arrival to the owner which you receive again provided that the house is cleaned.
There is also a deposit if you choose to use the boat and engine of 1000 SEK that you receive again provided that the boat and engine is not damaged.

Before arrival you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. When purchasing the damage waiver, it covers costs up to SEK 5,000 if you cause accidental damage during a booking.
