The Unbrick Model 4 is a holiday home with more amenities than you can imagine; both bedrooms have their own bathroom, the house is equipped with a Snaidero design kitchen with filled wine fridge, M-line beds with self-selected pillows, filled and cooled beer tap, Nespresso Vertuo machine, sustainable design furniture, a charging point for electric cars and bicycles, high-quality home automation, climate control and is also incredibly spacious. You can set the house exactly to your mood. Dim lights and sultry music or rather open everything and bring nature inside - everything is possible at the push of a button.
Free access to Bosbad Appelscha for all guests of Brinckerduyn! Bosbad Appelscha is a nice heated open-air pool, with slides, diving boards, a water playground and a large sunbathing lawn. Beautifully spacious and located adjacent to Brinckerduyn, just a few minutes' walk.
You don't have to think about anything, the Unbrick has already done that for you.

Idyllisches Freizeitparadies
Lage:- Ferienwohnungen ganz hinten auf einem großen Campingplatz- Viele Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Platz verteilt (Paddel, Yoga, Fitness-Pfad, usw.), kleiner 24/7 "Hub" für Kaffee, Spiele, Snacks usw.- Einkaufen und nächste Stadt 10 Minuten mit dem Auto- Schöne Wanderungen/Fahrradtouren möglichAufteilung:- 2 Schlafzimmer mit angrenzen Bädern, verbunden durch einen kleinen Wohn- und Essbereich- Smart-Home funktioniert, Box am Anfang nicht (wurde sofort repariert), nur ist das eine Smart-Home Terminal am Kücheneingang - semi praktisch- Parkplatz direkt vor dem Wohnungseingang- Sauna hinter Terrasse- Küchenausstattung OK, Basics sind vorhanden (die teuren Nespressokapseln, die es nicht in den Supermärkten sondern nur im Hub gab, störten uns etwas)Lärm:- Sehr leiseSauberkeit:- Alles sehr sauber (bis auf manches Geschirr)Kommunikation:- Uns wurde stets sehr schnell geholfen, außerordentlich freundliche Gastgeber (sprechen sogar sehr gutes Deutsch)Sauna:- wird keine 90C warm, gefühlt nur 75C- es gibt keinen Aufgusseimer, da Kinder damit wohl Öfen kaputt gemacht haben - Alternativ wird eine Sprühwasserflasche geboten (sehr schade)- Viele Büsche sind noch nicht so hoch wie auf den Bildern teilweise suggeriert wird, weshalb die Privatsphäre nicht zu 100% gegeben ist
