Beautiful loft with terrace. It is 7 minutes walking from the emblematic Torre de Guzmán and 10 minutes from the promenade. Enjoy this modern and comfortable space with a sofa and folding bed (it is NOT a sofa bed), an open wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a plasma TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the studio. The space has a ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating. It also includes a private terrace, where you can relax, eat and sunbathe. You will also have an iron, washer-dryer, barbecue iron, hair dryer, etc. You do not need to take the car at all, it is located a few meters from a Covirán supermarket. Also next to a butcher, fishmonger, beauty center, etc. You can go to both the beach and the historic center on foot.
You can park on the street in the surroundings even in high season.
