Cozy 30m2 apartment with access to a roof terrace with sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the promenade and Bateles beach.

It has a trundle bed. Living room TV. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Free Wifi throughout the apartment. It also includes access to the roof terrace where you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy the incredible views.

You don't need to take the car at all, it is located a few meters from a Covirán supermarket. You can go to both the beach and the historic center on foot, just a few minutes away.

The building does not have an elevator.

Vorsicht vor diesem Vermieter!!!
Katastrophal - Wohnung entspricht in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Vermieter gibt keine Adresse an + reagiert nicht auf Nachfragen - wir mussten überall suchen, nur dank meiner guten Spanischkenntnisse konnten Anwohner uns helfen. Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Putzfrau hat uns gerettet, konnte aber an der Situation selbst auch nichts ändern. Es ist nur 1 Zimmer, ca. 12 m², kein Kleiderschrank, ein Klappbett - für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Die Dachterrasse ist schön, aber das wiegt die Nachteile nicht auf. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin praktisch nicht möglich, da sie nicht reagiert.
