4-bedroom detached villa with private pool located on a quiet residential street in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. Set over 4 floors this charming halal villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is ideal for families or friends. Perched above Kalkan it has unrivalled sea views and is a short taxi ride to Kalkan old town with its roof top restaurants, harbour and local beach clubs.

Ground Floor
The entrance to Villa Nautilus is accessed down steps and through a private landscaped rear garden which opens onto a pool terrace with fantastic sea views. A modern, light and airy open plan living area greets you on the ground floor which has a spacious feel with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, Turkish toaster and water cooler.

With fabulous floor to ceiling large glass doors, the view from the comfortable lounge looks out onto the pool terrace and across to Kalkan Bay. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa, swing chair and a smart TV, and there is a dining table with seating for 6 guests. There is extra comfort and convenience by way of Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

On this level there is also a guest WC and the villa has an alarm system.

Lower Ground Floor
Steps lead down to a fantastic entertainment area. This contains a cinema room with huge smart TV, sauna, pool table and table football game, a great grown up ‘play area’. Off this room is a very large double en-suite bedroom with shower and jacuzzi bath seating 2 people, plus its very own indoor pool which can be heated if desired. The pool has a picture window with a great sea view looking out to Snake & Mouse islands.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. The double bedroom has a large glass fronted en-suite so that the sea view can be enjoyed from the jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms benefit from their own balcony to soak up the unobstructed beautiful sea views.

Second Floor
The second floor is dedicated to the double en-suite master bedroom. Sliding doors lead onto the large balcony offering full sunshine and superb unobstructed sea views, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy romantic sunsets. The large bathroom is at the far end of the bedroom and is glass fronted on one side so that the sea view can be enjoyed from here as well (the bathroom has a sloping ceiling, height restriction applies in some areas).

On this level there is also a laundry room off the bedroom containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and highchair.

Bedroom 1 – Large double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower and jacuzzi for 2 people, king size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, hairdryer, indoor plunge pool with stunning sea views (lower ground level).

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower and glass wall panel into the bedroom with special feature ‘jacuzzi with a view’, king size bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, large balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table, stunning sea views.

Bedroom 3 – Twin en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, single beds, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, balcony with stunning sea views.

Bedroom 4 – Master double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower room, king size bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, flat screen TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, large balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table, stunning sea views.

Outside – Villa Nautilus
The L-shaped terrace feels very private and comprises a pool measuring 9 x 3m (1.55m deep) with walk-in roman steps and small children’s pool, outside shower and the most amazing panoramic sea views. Sunbeds adorn the pool with side tables, parasols and a hammock.

There is a covered pergola dining terrace which comfortably accommodates 8 people for alfresco dining, and in the rear garden a built in BBQ can be found. There is under cover off road private parking for 1 car within the grounds of the property.

For large groups or 2 families that wish to be located near to each other, Villa Akasya is next door and both villas can be rented together.
(Due to the elevated position and number of steps leading down to this property it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. There is an extra charge for heating the indoor pool).

Please Note: The nightly rates are based on a minimum reservation period of seven nights. For reservations less than 6 nights there is an additional short stay cleaning charge of £150 payable in cash on arrival at the villa.
Use of the sauna is only possible when guests are using the heating of the indoor pool which is subject to an additional charge. Please ask for more details.
