Great and central 2-bedroom apartment in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Ideal for families. Perfect to get to know the capital and the island in a comfortable way and close to everything.



Tastefully renovated. It is a modern, cheerful and spacious apartment. Fully equipped with all the comforts for an ideal and practical stay in the city. It is located in the center just a few steps from Weyler Square and the most popular shopping areas. Taking a short walk you can reach areas of interest such as the promenade, Plaza de España, García Sanabria Park, the historic area, etc. It is also great for beach vacations as it is located just a few minutes drive from Playa de Las Teresitas. With good connections to quickly reach other beaches and areas of the island.



It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with large fitted wardrobes. It has a nice and bright living room, with TV and with access to a small balcony overlooking the street. This spacious room also has a work space. The apartment has a complete bathroom and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen. All newly renovated (March 2022) and adapted for a pleasant stay.



Availability also of cot and high chair if necessary.

Excellent location, close to the city centre, only 10 min. walk

All the interesting places and shopping facilities are in the near, inbetween 10 and 30 minutes walk. Coffeeshops inbetween 200 meters so there is no need to make breakfast in the appartment. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook.Very enjoyable stay.
