Spacious chalet with large garden on southern slope above Küblis-Klosters/Davos

Detached very spacious chalet in Küblis, canton Graubunden, near the ski area Klosters / Davos. Suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. On the upper floor is the living area with living room with beautiful views around, the kitchen, bathroom, children's bedroom and master bedroom. On the ground floor there are two very spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom and toilet. The large garden offers many opportunities to relax.

The holiday home was built in 1975 and modernized in style and preserving original details. The house is located in the beautiful Prattigau hiking area near the ski area Klosters / Davos and can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. On the upper floor is the living area with a beautiful living room with all comfort and beautiful views all around, a separate kitchen, bathroom, children's bedroom with bunk beds and master bedroom with spacious double bed (separate mattresses) and beautiful views of the Silvretta massif. On the ground floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with double beds, a second bathroom and toilet and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer and icecubes machine. The whole house has been furnished and decorated with the utmost care. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine and beautiful Bunzlau Castle dishes. The holiday home is situated in a quiet area about 50 meters above the village of Kublis on a sunny southern slope at 850 m altitude. It is 10 minutes walk to the center of the village and the (ski) bus stop and 15 minutes to the station. The garden and orchard (1000m2) offers many possibilities to relax, play and bbq (gas bbq present). The large south-facing balcony gives a wonderful view of the village below and the Silvretta massif. In the summer you will find direct connection from the house to various hiking trails including a climb to the 'Prättigauer Höhenweg' from Klosters to St. Antönien one of the most beautiful hiking areas between Prättigau and Montafon. In the winter, about 500 meters from the house, the longest alpine run of Graubunden ends the Parsenabfahrt of the ski area Klosters / Davos. By car you drive in a quarter of an hour to the parking lot of the Gotschna cabin lift in Klosters. The chalet can only be rented per week *. Rent includes bed linen and final cleaning. Tourist tax: CHF 4.50 / Person (from 12 years) per night.

The house was amazing! So beautifully decorated and comfortable for an extended stay. Even a fondu pot for a decadent dinner at home. The house just feels happy! I also enjoyed the easy access to Klosters and the amazing mountain hikes so close by. Everything was perfect for an enjoyable stay in the mountains. I will miss sitting on the porch with a glass of wine watching the nightfall.

Brilliant family holiday

This property was just perfect for our family holiday. It really felt like a home from home. It was a great base from which to explore the area and also a lovely place to relax in the evening. Our children loved playing in the garden while we prepared dinner etc. It was just a really relaxing place to be! We will have fond memories of sitting on the terrace and watching the farming activity going on across the valley as the hay was being cut! Really hope to go back one day soon.

Very nicely restored chalet

We spent several weeks in this pretty chalet, which has been renovated with great taste. We felt extremely comfortable, even when the weather didn't play ball. The house is cosy and spacious on 2 floors, all rooms and wet areas are modern and well-kept. The house is situated slightly above Küblis, with a beautiful view, lots of sunshine and friendly neighbours. Definitely recommendable!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in den Bergen!

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, auch die Küche ist super sortiert. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und der Balkon ist riesig. Für Menschen mit Geh- oder Atemproblemen ist die Hanglage bzw. der Weg in den Ort (Bäcker, einkaufen) evtl. schwierig zu bewerkstelligen (nicht weit, aber steil). Ansonsten ist die Lage am Berg (Aussicht, Ruhe) prima. Der Garten hat verschiedene Bereiche, die nett gestaltet sind. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa si trova proprio sopra il paesino di Küblis dove trovate un tea room, Coop e una farmacia/drogheria. La casa è molto grande e confortevole (doccie super!) Annina, la vicina, ci ha accolti molto bene e Dick, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La location perfetta per visitare Klosters, Davos, ecc

Grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Badezimmer, grosszügiger Wohn-/Essraum. Alles sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Schöner Garten mit Naturblumenwiese und vielen Schmetterlingen. Chalet Fam Roozen - Kublis

Well-maintained and equipped chalet in the small village, Küblis. It was clean, the rooms spacious, a lovely view overlooking the village and the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed, even 2 ovens! There is also a gas bbq. With good weather, we ate at the dining set on the balcony. Plenty of fun games available (rummykub, regenworm, monopoly.) The front yard has room for outdoor activities (we set up our badminton set).

Schönes, geräumiges Chalet, das gut in Schuss gehalten wird. Gute familientaugliche Raumaufteilung. Küche mit sehr umfangreicher guter Ausstattung. Gut gelegen für diverse Unternehmungen in der Region, man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern.
