And inside you’ll find an equally vibrant home, with a contemporary design bursting with splashes of colour across the modern décor. Take a seat in one of your two comfortable sofas or armchairs in the living room, where a set of immense patio doors retract along the wall leading to the garden. Your stunning kitchen is brimming with all the latest mod cons to ensure you can fulfil all of your self-catering needs, with a dining table both inside and out!

There are five wonderful bedrooms, each dazzling in the sunlight which streams through the immense glass doors that lead into the garden, balcony or the terrace. With a TV for entertainment and air conditioning for comfort, you’ll be totally content in any of these excellent rooms! There are two double rooms and a selection of three twin rooms, suitable for a large group of friends or family! Two shower rooms and a fabulous full bathroom are positioned alongside the bedrooms, each sparkling and modern and a delight to use.

And finally, step outside to soak up the endless sunshine of the Cyprus coast, with a huge pool for you to dive into if the heat gets a little too much! Spend the day flitting between the vast pool, and the comfortable sun loungers that surround it, sunbathing and cooling off, with plenty of parasols for a little shade if you need it! A fabulously formal dining area on the terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal in the fresh air, while your roof terrace, complete with garden furniture is ideal for some casual socialising in the sun. There’s even a pool table tucked away in a sheltered spot on the pool terrace for a little competition!

Just a stone’s throw from the lively, world-famous town of Ayia Napa, Protaras dazzles with silky sand, crystal-clear waters and a vibrant, yet more relaxed culture. The area is brimming with incredible beaches, promenades lined with restaurants, bars and cafes and tons of activities for all ages.

Combining a lasers and music show with sound effects, fire and a buzzing atmosphere, the Magic Dancing Waters show is an unmissable evening of entertainment, with an all-you-can-eat buffet and a bar on site!

While it’s certainly the beaches that entice most visitors, there’s a whole lot more on offer on Cyprus’ east coast! Cape Greco’s coastal path provides the most serene setting for a hike, amid the jagged rocks and dramatic scenery. The landscape is abounding with ancient historical sites, churches and monasteries, dotted among the wild fennel and quaint settlements.

This is an excellent location for those who enjoy a romantic stroll around quaint churches and monasteries. Spanning the ages, ranging from small Byzantine churches to 15th-century chapels, you will find octagonal domes, murals, a vaulted church and even one small ecclesiastical museum across the villages of Frenaros, Liopetri, Paralimni and Dherynia. This property is also within a 45-minute drive of Larnaca International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be quick and easy!
