The open plan living area has sofas, flat screen Internet TV and fireplace. Large patio doors leads to the terrace in front of private swimming pool. Kitchen has all modern facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and two fridges/freezers. The Dining area comfortably accommodates 8 people. Right in front of the swimming pool there is a 750 s.q meters of grass ideal for children's playing.
Within 3 minutes walking distance you can find plenty of Restaurants, cafeterias, a big discount store,pharmacy,bakery, bank,car and bicycle rentals. You don't really need to drive, everything is nearby. There is a small Luna Park nearby.
