This villa has everything to make your vacation complete. Modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay. The open plan living area has sofas, flat screen Internet TV and fireplace. Large patio doors leads to the terrace in front of private swimming pool. Kitchen has all modern facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and two fridges/freezers. The Dining area comfortably accommodates 8 people. Right in front of the swimming pool there is a 750 s.q meters of grass ideal for children's playing.
Within 3 minutes walking distance you can find plenty of Restaurants, cafeterias, a big discount store,pharmacy,bakery, bank,car and bicycle rentals. You don't really need to drive, everything is nearby. There is a small Luna Park nearby.

Great Location, Great Villa

We honestly could not fault this villa. The location is just fantastic, right by the beach and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could ever wish for including a great restaurant that overlooks the sea and water sports. Sea really safe and great for swimming and snorkeling. Nearby car hire, quad/buggy hire, taxi hire, fantastic 24 hour bakery and Asian take-away next door. Bit of music from the nearby hotel at times, but nothing that was a nuisance. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location - perfectly situated and very well appointed. A big YES from all of us.

This might be our best holiday ever: Sotos' villa was a genuine pleasure to stay in - we booked the villa for my family of four and a few days after we arrived our friends joined us, being another family of four. So we had eight people there and at no time did we feel cramped. We spent most of our time either in the villa pool and garden, or in the sea (Malama Bay) which the villa overlooked. There were two sea turtles in the bay when we were there which made for great snorkeling. There are several good restaurants a short walk from the villa, and at least two supermarkets with really friendly staff/owners. We took several taxis into Protaras and Ayia Napa (thank you Petros and family) and were well looked after all the time. I am scared of flying but this holiday has made me want to get back on a plane again. Even though there are a lot of places to go in the world, I wouldn't be surprised if we booked Sotos' villa in the future. We own a self catering holiday business in England (Cornwall) and we have learned a few things from the villa which we will look at including in our properties. All in all we had a wonderful time and wish we were still there. Well done Sotos.

Amazing!

The villa is well equipped and offers all that is necessary for staying as well as the good beach front location in a quiet and peaceful place with the wonderful sea view. A very convenient position of the villa makes you stay comfortable and easy - it is just 5 minutes of walking to the amazing KARAS fish tavern (and plenty of other good restaurants and bars), car rentals and shops. The owner of the villa has been quite friendly and receptive to our additional requests. It’s been a really lovely holiday for all my family.

Our team does pool cleaning, prepare all Villas for arrivals plus any other problem you might have during your stay. I also live nearby so when there is a problem we do go at once.
