The owner has thoughtfully provided dressing gowns for your use to walk downstairs to the heated swimming pool, and/or there are changing facilities available adjacent to the pool.The property boasts four beautiful living rooms, a large dining room, open plan kitchen and dining area, a games room and a fitness studio with yoga mats and a 55” Smart TV. During your stay, you will have full access to the property and the facilities mentioned above (please note however, this does not include the stables or paddocks).
Easy access from the M62 means it’s not far to travel into Hull where you can visit The Deep, the world’s first subsea aquarium, or enjoy a stroll around the shops and the marina. The medieval town of Beverley, with its minster and racecourse, is only a 25-minute drive away, and the Yorkshire Heritage Coast and historic city of York are also within easy reach and are well worth a visit for days out. There are great walks and cycle routes around the area and the North Cave Wetlands are a haven for wildlife and birdlife throughout the seasons. The information pack will include some local walks in the area ranging in length from 3 to 10 miles. Brough train station is located less than a mile from the property with direct trains to London in 2½ hours. Pub ¾ mile and restaurant 1 mile.
