La ubicacion es perfecta. El apartamento necesita in Poco de renovacion. El Aire Acondicionado gotea mucho, llamamos el primer dia y nos dijeron que enviarian ale tecnico, pasamos las 3 noches de nueatra estadia con el problema

Het verblijf bevindt zich op goede locatie, 10 minuten fietsen en dan ben je in de stad, 7 minuten fietsen dan ben je op het strand.
Appartement ziet eruit zoals op de foto. Airco aanwezig en deed het goed, evenals alle apparaten die aanwezig waren.

Ruim appartement met 2 grote terrassen. Gelegen tussen de kust en het centrum in een woonbuurt met leuke restaurantjes. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Découverte de valence
Appartement très bien situé géographiquement, proche de la mer et facilité des transports pour regagner le centre de valence.
Appartement bien distribué avec deux belles terrasses.
Un peu déçu par les équipements minimalistes...exemple une cafetière italienne pour seulement une personne, pas de grille pain, une télé minuscule...il a fallu demander un torchon supplémentaire.. attention il faut venir avec tout car aucune réserve de sel, poivre, produit vaisselle, etc ...un minimum serait un plus pour parfaire cette location qui nous a néanmoins permis de passer un excellent séjour.
Stationnement très chargé dans ce coin
Un plus un petit supermarché ouvert 24h/24h.
