About this property

Huge 12x5m saltpool. Unique 8000m2 naturist property, 5min to Callas square .

Our home is a 250 m2 property in 2 levels (interior completely renovated) with 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all with shower, toilet, bidet and sink (one with jacuzzi), large comfortable double beds (160/180x200/210) with duo-spring mattresses, as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Ceiling fans in Bedroom 2 and 3.

Mosquito net in all bed- and bathrooms on windovs and terrace doors

Beautiful large bright living room 45 m2 (see pictures).

Very large modern dining kitchen 32 m2 (see pictures)

The huge pool is 12x5m and 1.2-2.4m deep (salt water, not chlorine!).
Large patio, terrace and a smaller balcony.

The property is a secluded pure nature plot - suitable for naturism - without formal gardens and grass, at a total of 8,000 m2 - of which about 2,500 m2 are fenced - with old olive trees and stone oak, located high above the city with beautiful views over two valleys to the Mediterranean 23 km away , and yet only 400m to the square in Callas village.

Bel endroit, sauvage dans les hauteurs de l'arrière-pays de la cote d'azur

C'est une belle maison, relativement difficile d'accès, en contrepartie la tranquillité est garantie. Un grand terrain, une belle et large vue, une maison calme et moderne, rénovée récemment, une cuisine particulièrement très bien organisée et équipée, des terrasses diverses et un espace piscine agréable à toutes heures de la journée. Deux bémols : l'accès à travers un chemin escarpé peu entretenu (attention à votre carrosserie) et la présence invasive de moustiques. En synthèse, c'est un endroit sauvage particulièrement bien équipé et accueillant à proximité d'un village charmant où il a fait bon vivre 2 semaines au calme cet été.

Heerlijk, compleet uitgeruste villa met groot zwembad

Prachtige woning, keuken zeer compleet uitgerust. Goede bedden. Prachtig, groot zwembad. Op loopafstand van centrum Callas en bakker en toch rustig gelegen. Fantastische service toen oven kapot ging: een paar dagen later werd gelijk een nieuwe geinstalleerd. Geen airco zoals ik advertentie vermeld staat. Wel in 2 van de drie slaapkamers plafondfan, wat onze voorkeur heeft. M.b.t. boekingsproces zou ik graag voortaan mogelijkheid tot bank (debit) betaling hebben i.p.v. alleen via credit card
