Centrally loctaed this homely apartment has 2 double bedrooms, the 3rd room is a single room with a FOLD AWAY GUEST BED please note this beds appropriatel size in cm is w70- L186 and H38 and more suited for children or small adults. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed so if 5 adults are wanting to stay and the guest bed isnt suitable the sofa bed may also be used. The Apartment is suitable for contractors, families, or couples. Please note no more then 5 adults allowed parties will not be accepted CCTV in operation.
This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the historical and vibrant Birmingham city. Surrounded by landmarks such as Birmingham museum, art gallary, The Ikon gallery, saint Philips cathedral and only a stones throw from Jewellery quarter and saint Pauls square.

You are only a short walk to all main attractions including Brindley Place, Arcadian, Bull ring shopping centre, mailbox and Colmore row, with its bustling night life, cocktail bars and restaurants including Gaucho, Alchemist, Fumo, Tattu and The Ivy just to name a few, you are guaranteed to find something to suit the needs of everyone, whether you are in the city for work or pleasure.

The Apartment is child friendly however we only have the stated beds, there are many child friendly attractions inculing The sea life centre, Legoland discovery centre, Botanical gardens and Birmingham Repertory Theatre.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large double with wardrobe and vanity area that can also be used as a work space, a second smaller double room, then we have a small single room with folding guest bed (please note size of the guest bed W70 L186 H38cm) and the living area has a 3 seater sofa bed, small dining table (seats 2) and 50" smart tv. The apartment has modern finishings with integrated kitchen appliances including fridge, cooker and multi use oven. You also have full use of the washer/dryer, kettle toaster and microwave. Full dinning set and cooking utensils also provided with Complimentary tea, coffee, Sugar and toiletries.

The nearest airport Birmingham International is a 20 minute drive away, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital is just 13 minutes drive.

Pleaae note the apartment is located on the 6th floor, the block currently has scaffolding up due to the cladding being updated.
