A wonderfully decorated and furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium located in a modern and well known South Coast gated community.
Unit 2B is located on the second floor which is accessible by elevator.
The unit is generously spacious and has a large open plan kitchen, built-in stainless steel oven, a glass stove top, a refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser. The kitchen looks out to the dining and living room with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Large sliding doors open to a Romeo and Juliette balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool, gardens and gym. A very serene setting indeed.
The bedroom holds two twins, which can be joined to make a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, TV, and a Romeo and Juliet balcony with swimming and garden views.
The bathroom has a tub shower available.
Brownes Condominium is a popular location on the South Coast as it is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, numerous amenities, shopping, restaurants and the boardwalk.
