Beautiful and comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the city. Located in El Poblado, a residential area, very close to UVA, El Tesoro Shopping Centre, San Fernando Plaza, Carulla, and Mall Zona 2. Excellent area with good public transport options. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay and is located in a family-friendly building where you’ll find people ready to help at any time.
The space
The space is truly cosy, with a beautiful view, cool, and not facing west; plenty of room to enjoy yourself. Equipped with everything you need to cook whatever you like. It has a study area completely separate from the living area, ideal for long workdays in front of the computer. The sofa converts into a large bed, perfect for lying down to watch a film or simply enjoying the beautiful view.
Guest Access
The apartment is located in a small, family-friendly, three-story building. The common areas consist of the staircases leading to the property. We do not have parking in the building, so we recommend checking first to see if it’s possible to rent a spot nearby.
Other things to note
The building is located on a main road, so during the day you can hear the noise of cars passing by. If you close the window, the noise isn’t as bad.
The space
